This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit leadrampai.com or use our services, including the LeadRamp Social application.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you submit a form or engage with our AI agents
• Call and message data: Transcripts, recordings, and metadata from interactions with our AI voice agents
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
• Business information: Details about your business type, size, and service needs that you provide to us
• Cookies and tracking data: Information collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies
• Connected account data: Information accessed from social media or business accounts you choose to connect to our services, as described in Section 5

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our AI agent services
• Respond to your inquiries and fulfill service requests
• Send service-related communications, including appointment confirmations and follow-up messages
• Send SMS and email communications you have consented to receive

• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our services

3. SMS and Telephone Communications

When you provide your phone number to LeadRamp AI or interact with one of our AI agents, you may receive SMS messages and automated voice calls. We use your phone number solely for the purpose for which it was provided.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes
• SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties
• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
• You may opt out of voice calls by requesting removal during any call or contacting us directly

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We work with third-party vendors (including Retell AI, Twilio, OpenAI, and Resend) who assist in delivering our services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as directed by us
• Business clients: If you interact with an AI agent deployed by one of our business clients, your interaction data may be shared with that client for the purpose of following up on your inquiry
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

5. Connected Social Media and Business Accounts

LeadRamp Social allows business clients to connect their social media and business accounts so we can publish content and manage their online presence on their behalf. Connecting an account is always your choice, made through the platform's own consent screen. We never ask for your account password, and we never receive administrator access to your accounts, ad accounts, or payment methods.

Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram)

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to LeadRamp Social, we request only the following permissions, each limited to a specific function:

• pages_show_list: Lets you see the list of Facebook Pages you manage so you can choose which Page to connect. Used only during setup to display your Page choices; we do not access Pages you do not connect.
• pages_manage_posts: Allows us to create, edit, and delete posts on the specific Page you connected. Used solely to publish the social media content you have engaged us to produce, on a schedule you control. We do not access private messages or any Page data unrelated to posting.
• pages_read_engagement: Read-only access to engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) on posts we publish to your connected Page. Used only to measure content performance and improve what we create for you. This data is never sold or shared with other clients.
• instagram_content_publish: Allows us to publish content to the Instagram Business account linked to your connected Facebook Page. Functions identically to Facebook posting — content is published only to the account you explicitly connected.

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations) or by contacting us. Revocation immediately ends our access.

Google Services (Google Business Profile)

When you connect a Google Business Profile to our services, we request access limited to managing that business profile on your behalf — such as publishing updates, responding to reviews, and keeping business information current. We access only the profile you explicitly connect, and you may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access) or by contacting us.

LeadRamp AI's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a period of 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed upon with our business clients. When you disconnect a connected social media or business account, our access is revoked immediately and the data we hold that is specific to that connection is deleted from our systems within 30 days. The same 30-day standard applies to deletion requests submitted by email.

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, at no cost, regardless of your location. There are two ways to do this: disconnect your connected account directly through the platform's settings, or submit a deletion request to us by email. 8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze website traffic, and understand where visitors come from. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect the functionality of certain features of our website.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions — see our Data Deletion Instructions
• Opt-out: Opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP), email communications (unsubscribe link), or voice communications (request during call or contact us)
• Do Not Sell: We do not sell personal information. No opt-out is required for this.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

13. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. California residents may contact us to request information about personal data collected about them in the preceding 12 months.

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made, and where a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will also notify affected clients directly by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
