Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of any personal information LeadRamp AI, a division of Bolin Communications, Inc., holds about you — at any time, at no cost, regardless of where you are located. This page explains exactly how.

What Data We Hold

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

• Contact and business information you provided (name, email, phone number, business name)
• Call transcripts, recordings, and message data from interactions with our AI agents
• Data from social media or business accounts you connected to LeadRamp Social — such as your Facebook Page name and ID, published post content, and post engagement metrics
• Communication history related to your account

Option 1: Disconnect Your Account Directly (Fastest)

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to LeadRamp Social:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Select Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites)
3. Find LeadRamp Social in your list of connected apps
4. Click Remove

If you connected a Google Business Profile:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com and select Security
2. Under Third-party apps with account access, find LeadRamp AI
3. Click Remove Access

Disconnecting immediately revokes our access. All data we hold that is specific to that connection is deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Us a Deletion Request

1. Email support@leadrampai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your name, your business name (if applicable), and the email address or phone number associated with your interactions with us, so we can locate your records
3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
4. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and send you written confirmation once it is done

What Gets Deleted

• Your contact and business information
• Call transcripts, recordings, and message data
• All content, engagement data, and metadata associated with any connected account
• Communication history related to your account

What We May Retain

We may retain information we are legally required to keep — for example, financial records for tax purposes — only for as long as the law requires, and it is not used for any other purpose.
